Reactivating Bavaria in Lebanon
Background
After disappearing from the Lebanese market since 2017, Bavaria officially returned in 2025. To successfully reintroduce the product, Bavaria collaborated with Turquoise to reactivate its presence, reconnect with consumers, and rebuild brand awareness from the ground up.
Our Role in the Reactivation
Starting March 2025, Turquoise managed the full reactivation journey by handling:
Production: lifestyle content, product videos, and brand storytelling
Creative design: visual identities, campaign graphics, seasonal themes
Promotion & performance: targeted ads, strategy optimization
Content direction: a clear narrative built around Bavaria’s comeback
Our goal was simple: put Bavaria back on the map and ensure a strong, lasting re-entry into the Lebanese market.
1. Seasonal Launch Waves
To maintain consistent visibility, we rolled out multiple campaigns across the year:
Christmas campaign to reintroduce the brand
Summer & fall campaigns to build ongoing excitement and familiarity
Each phase reinforced that Bavaria is officially back.
2. Becoming a Creative Benchmark
One of the most notable achievements was that other brands began creating similar content, following the creative direction Turquoise introduced. This showed that Bavaria’s reactivation wasn’t only successful — it became influential.
